Normand Clipper to provide site survey for Solan project

LONDON – Premier Oil has contracted Ocean Installer for offshore survey operations to support the Solan oil field development west of Shetland.

The work is scheduled to continue into October, using the construction support vesselNormand Clipper.

The Solan field is in block 205/26a, in a water depth of 137 m (449 ft). Start-up is slated for 4Q 2014.
