Lundin lengthens Tendeka’s Norway sand control contract
Lundin Norway has extended its sand control framework agreement with completions specialist Tendeka.
The contract, in force since 2013, now runs to 2019 and could be extended by a further two years. The scope covers provision of sand control screens, zonal isolation and inflow control technologies for multiple facilities offshore Norway.
It will mean continued deployments onEdvard Grieg in the North Sea and potentially on other future Lundin projects in the sector.
Edvard Grieg, which started production in 2015, is being developed via 10 oil producer wells and four water injectors with oil transported via the Grane pipeline and gas transported to St Fergus in eastern Scotland.
