Offshore staff
HOUSTON – CEC International Ltd. has contracted the Atwood (NYSE:ATW) Manta newbuild jackup to work in the Gulf of Thailand and offshore Malaysia.
The rig is under construction atPPL Shipyard Pte Ltd in Singapore and delivery is expected to be late November 2012.
The rig, rated to 400 ft. (123 m), is contracted for a firm 12 months.
