OSLO, Norway – ConocoPhillips has approval from the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway to use the jackup Rowan Norway for well operations at the Ekofisk 2/4-M in the southern Norwegian North Sea.
The program is expected to start later this month, in production license 018.
