Anglo-Suisse Offshore Partners (ASOP) has completed a five-well drilling program in shelf acreage in the West Delta area of the central Gulf of Mexico.

HOUSTON -- Anglo-Suisse Offshore Partners (ASOP) has completed a five-well drilling program in shelf acreage in the West Delta area of the central Gulf of Mexico. According to the company, total net production from the wells has added some 40% to ASOP's net daily production; 80% of the new production is oil.
All six wells, which were drilled with the jackupPride New Mexico, encountered commercial quantities of oil and natural gas, the company says. The wells include: West Delta 27 AH9-ST2, West Delta 27 AH8-ST2, West Delta 29 No. 37, West Delta 28 No. 16, West Delta 27 No. 12, and West Delta 29 No. 26.
