Offshore staff
PARIS, France— TotalEnergies and partner Eni have signed a framework agreement with Israel’s government to implement a new accord on the maritime border between Israel and Lebanon.
The two companies are partners in exploration Block 9 offshore Lebanon.
They now plan to procure a rig and related equipment for exploration of a prospect on the concession that may extend south into Israeli waters.
