Offshore staff
LYNGBY, Denmark – Total has exercised an option to add a further appraisal well to the present scope of the semisubmersible Mærsk Developer in block 58 offshore Suriname.
The extension, valued at around $20 million, is around 100 days and is due to take effect at the end of this month, in direct continuation of the previously agreed work scope.
The Mærsk Developer is a DSS-21 column-stabilized DP semisubmersible rig, delivered in 2009.
