ABERDEEN, UK – Wellesley Petroleum AS has issued a letter of intent to Dolphin Drilling for an HP/HT exploration well on the Norwegian continental shelf.

The semisubmersible Borgland Dolphin is scheduled to start drilling the well in 1Q 2022.
