Jerv well discovers hydrocarbons offshore Norway

Chrysaor Norge has found hydrocarbons in the Jerv prospect in the Norwegian North Sea, according to partner OKEA.

TRONDHEIM, Norway – Chrysaor Norge has found hydrocarbons in the Jerv prospect in the Norwegian North Sea, according to partner OKEA.

This is evident from logs and cuttings on well 15/12-25 entering the reservoir. Coring will now begin, as planned.

The surrounding license PL973 is south of the OKEA-operated Grevling discovery.
