    DUBAI, UAE – Shelf Drilling Ltd.’s jackups C.E. Thornton and F.G. McClintock have both received three-year contracts from Oil and Natural Gas Corp. (ONGC).

    Operations in the Mumbai High offshore India are expected to start in 4Q 2019.
