NORTH YORKSHIRE, UK -- PE has appointed Gordon Short as director of Technical Development. Short will be responsible for developing PE's R&D activities, focusing on development and commercialization of new technology.
With more than 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry, Short has held positions at Weatherford, Bechtel, BHR Group, and served as founder and managing director of RST Projects.
