Hyperdynamics names CFO

Offshore staff

HOUSTON-- Hyperdynamics has appointed John O'Keefe as executive VP, and CFO. He will be responsible for the company's financing, treasury, external financial reporting, strategic planning, and investor relations functions.

O’Keefe was previously president and CEO of Blast Energy Services.

He succeeds Jason Davis, now the company’s finance and treasury director.
