Offshore staff
PARIS -- Total has appointed Michel Hourcard as senior VP of development and operations techniques, and senior VP for the Scientific and Technical Center in Pau, southwest France.
He succeeds Jean-Marie Guillermou, who has been appointed senior VP Asia-Pacific for exploration and production.
