INTECSEA names COO

Offshore staff

HOUSTON -- INTECSEA has appointed Uri Nooteboom as COO. Nooteboom will have operating responsibility for INTECSEA’s four global regions: US/Latin America/Caribbean, Europe/Africa, Asia/Middle East, and Australia/New Zealand. He replaces Chris Tam.
