OCHL appoints commercial director

ABERDEEN, UK -- Offshore Container Holdings Ltd. (OCHL) has appointed Craig Russell as commercial director. Russell will oversee all commercial activities within the OCHL group and will play a major role in growing the group’s overseas presence, particularly in the Gulf of Mexico and Southeast Asia.
