Maritime Industrial Services Co. has appointed Dr. Karim El Solh as chairman of the board.

SHARJAH, UAE -- Maritime Industrial Services Co. has appointed Dr. Karim El Solh as chairman of the board. El Solh, who is the CEO and founder of Gulf Capital, has been a board member since 2007. He succeeds Charles L. Davis.
