ENSCO adds to board of directors
Offshore staff
DALLAS -- ENSCO International has elected three new directors to its board, replacing two retiring directors and filling one vacancy. The three new directors are J. Roderick Clark, former president and COO of Baker Hughes (retired); Keith O. Rattie, chairman, president, and CEO of Questar; and C. Christopher Gaut, president of Halliburton's drilling and evaluation division.
Clark and Rattie join Dan Rabun, ENSCO's chairman, president and CEO, as class II directors, with terms expiring in 2011. Gaut was elected to a one-year term as a class I director.
"We are pleased that Messrs. Clark, Rattie, and Gaut have joined our board and look forward to their contribution as we continue to build our company," says Rabun. "We would also like to recognize the two directors who retired from our board this year. Mort Myerson and Joel Staff contributed immeasurably to the development of ENSCO and we are indebted to them for their years of service and thoughtful guidance."
