HOUSTON -- Alliance Engineering has promoted Hokan M. Linden to VP of business services. In this position, Hokan will have responsibility for the information technology, office services, training, and information systems functions within Alliance. Hokan has been with Alliance since 1997 and has more than 20 years in IT and information systems management positions.
