HOUSTON — ABS has appointed Patrick Ryan CTO. He previously held the role of senior vice president, global engineering and technology, since 2019.

James Fisher and Sons Plc has named Neil Sims head of energy. Read more.

Crowley has appointed Clay Heil vice president of global government relations, where he will lead the company’s full spectrum of government advocacy across all of the company’s business interests and activities. 

Venterra Group Plc has appointed three senior executives to drive its global business development: Scott Anderson as vice president, Asia-Pacific, Drew Carey as vice president, Americas, and Paul Alcock as group business development director based in London.

Christian Martinez has been named director of security engineering with Enverus.

Offshore Energies UK has named Graham R. Skinner health and safety manager.

JSC NC “KazMunayGas” has appointed Kairat Seitmagambetov director of the HSE department, replacing Kairat Saktaganov, who resigned in December 2022. In addition, Murat Mustafayev has been named general director of Mangistaumunaigas JSC.  

ASCO has promoted Craig Revie to the new post of general manager of specialist services to provide a streamlined service by combining several business lines into one unit.

Clement Zotto has joined OMNTEC Mfg. Inc., a manufacturer of leak detection and gauging products for the petroleum industry, as its new sales manager. 

Gerald Herms Collins has started a new position as civil engineer with Chevron.

TenEx Technologies has welcomed Clayton Rubright as an R&D chemist.

Rajesh Raj has joined Kent as an instrument field engineer.
