DOUGLAS, UK – Bahamas Petroleum has appointed Simon Potter as CEO, effective Oct. 17.
The board of directors has announced that Alan Burns, founder and chairman of Bahamas Petroleum, will step down as chairman and resign as a director on Sept. 30. The board has invited Burns to become president of Bahamas Petroleum.
Michael Proffitt has tendered his notice to resign as a director with effect from Sept. 30.
