Offshore staff
HOUSTON– The board of directors of Paragon Offshore plc has appointed Dean E. Taylor as interim president and CEO. He succeeds Randall D. Stilley.
Taylor has served as a member of Paragon’s board of directors and as the chairperson of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee since the company’s founding in 2014.
The board also has named Lee M. Ahlstrom as interim CFO. He succeeds Steven A. Manz.
Ahlstrom has served as senior vice president of Investor Relations, Strategy and Planning of Paragon since 2014.
J. Robinson West, chairman of the board, said: “The board will work closely with them and our advisors in bringing the company’s ongoing restructuring efforts to a successful conclusion.”
