Offshore staff

HOUSTON – AFG Holdings Inc. has appointed Michael Walter as CEO.

He most recently served as president of Wyman Gordon Forgings, a division of Precision Castparts Corp.

Walter succeeds Curtis Samford, who passed away in February.
