Ørsted CEO resigns

FREDERICIA, Denmark – After eight years in the role, Henrik Poulsen has resigned as CEO of Ørsted.

He will continue in the position until Jan. 31, 2021 at the latest.

The board of directors has initiated a process to identify the company’s next CEO.

Poulsen will be nominated for the company’s board at the next annual general meeting in March 2021.
