Hurricane CEO resigns

Dr. Robert Trice has resigned as CEO and a director of Hurricane Energy.

GODALMING, UK – Dr. Robert Trice has resigned as CEO and a director of Hurricane Energy.

He will remain available to assist the company during a transition period of six months.

The company has appointed Beverley Smith as interim CEO.

Richard Chaffe, who has been acting CFO since February 2020, has been confirmed as CFO and an executive director.

Roy Kelly, who has been the Kerogen nominated non-executive director since 2016, has stepped down from the board and has been replaced by Dr. Alan Parsley.

Jason Cheng has stepped down from his alternate director position in relation to Kerogen’s nominated director. Leonard Tao will continue in this role, acting as alternate to Dr Parsley.
