DALLAS – Thomas P. Chambers, senior vice president and CFO of Kosmos Energy Ltd., has informed the company that he will retire in May 2020.

The company has appointed Neal D. Shah to succeed Chambers. Shah is currently senior vice president and deputy CFO.
