TRONDHEIM, Norway – Johan Kr. Mikkelsen has resigned as chairman of the Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA board of directors.
Mikkelsen joined the board in 2014, and became chairman in 2019.
Yesterday at a board of directors meeting, Petteri Soininen was elected as the new chairman until the annual ordinary general meeting scheduled for June 19, 2020.
