    PetroNor E&P CEO Jens Pace will retire effective Feb. 29, 2020.

    OSLO, Norway – PetroNor E&P CEO Jens Pace will retire effective Feb. 29, 2020.

    Pace will remain on the board in a new role as non-executive director, and will act as an adviser to the company as required.

    Knut Søvold, current COO, will assume the role of CEO.

    In addition, CFO Stephen West and Dr. David King, non-executive director, have resigned.
