Expro, Evoilve launch digital platform for well integrity and barrier management

Expro and Evoilve have released SafeWells V5, a digital well and barrier management platform designed to help operators monitor well integrity, automate workflows and improve assurance across asset portfolios.

Why this news matters:

  • As operators seek to reduce well integrity risks while managing larger and more complex well portfolios, digital platforms are becoming increasingly important for standardizing surveillance, documentation and barrier management workflows.

  • The launch highlights continued investment in digital well operations technologies that aim to improve data visibility, support regulatory compliance and enable more proactive integrity management throughout the well lifecycle.

Expro and partner Evoilve have released SafeWells V5, a digital service designed to support operational assurance and decision-making throughout the well lifecycle.

The service, which includes well integrity surveillance and workflow automation, is said to provide a comprehensive well and barrier management solution.

This is designed to help operators connect data, personnel and processes, standardize workflows, and strengthen assurance across complex well portfolios. The platform is already live with various clients.

Well integrity management has become a growing focus for offshore operators as aging assets, regulatory scrutiny and increasing data volumes drive demand for digital tools that improve visibility into barrier performance and risk management.

"The industry is increasingly looking for digital solutions that combine technical innovation with practical operational expertise," said Alan Quirke, Expro's vice president for Well Intervention & Integrity. “We have created a platform that helps operators take a more connected and proactive approach to managing well and barrier performance…”
