    MIS awarded safety support programs

    The Sunbelt H2S safety services division of MIS Group (Maritime Industrial Services) has won two new offshore contracts in the Middle East/Central Asia region.

    DUBAI, UAE -- The Sunbelt H2S safety services division of MIS Group (Maritime Industrial Services) has won two new offshore contracts in the Middle East/Central Asia region.

    One is a two-year contract to provide H2S safety services (equipment and personnel) for ExxonMobil’s well-testing program in the Kashagan field in the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea.

    The other is a one-year contract from Gulf Drilling to supply breathing air equipment and gas detection systems for the jackupAl Zubarah, which is working for Qatar Petroleum.
