Offshore staff
ABERDEEN, UK — Dragados Offshore has contracted Wood to provide engineering design and regulatory support for three 2-GW convertor stations in the North Sea that will transfer offshore wind power to Germany's grid.
These are joint projects to be performed in partnership with Siemens Energy.
The three HVDC offshore platforms will extend 65 m above sea level. Wood’s teams in the UK, India and Spain will manage the support program.
