    Petrasco awarded offshore Dubai logistics contract

    Dubai Petroleum Establishment has contracted Petrasco to provide logistics support for five offshore fields, an onshore gas field, pipelines and support services.

    DUBAI, UAE — Dubai Petroleum Establishment has contracted Petrasco to provide logistics support for five offshore fields, an onshore gas field, pipelines and support services.

    Petrasco’s local operation will have support from the company’s offices in Aberdeen and Houston as well as from its partner Middle East Tubular Services.

    The Dubai site, in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, provides warehouse, yard and Dutch barn covered storage facilities and associated handling equipment, with an additional 100,000 sq ft of yard storage offsite.
