SINGAPORE  Orange Delta Pte Ltd. has successfully completed the PRP7.5 offshore platform preparation project.

In October 2021, Allseas awarded the project to Orange Delta as part of its pipeline replacement project PRP 7.5 which, among others, included five new pipelines, associated risers and spools to be installed for Brunei Shell Petroleum. For Allseas, this was the company's first project in Brunei and for Brunei Shell Petroleum.

Orange Delta Singapore partnered with Serikandi Oilfield Services Brunei and jointly delivered the topside preparation scope for riser pull-in. This included project management, engineering and detailed work packages, procurement, structural fabrication, offshore personnel, H2S PPE and tools, as well as all the equipment for riser brackets installation and riser pull-in.

In November 2022, part of the equipment was mobilized from Singapore onboard Allseas vessel Felicity, and a week later the offshore crew with scaffolding materials mobilized out of Muara Brunei onboard Fortitude. Once offshore, the platforms were outfitted with access (scaffolding) for the installation of riser clamps, winches and HPUs, and additional lighting.

Once the pipelay was completed by Allseas vessel Audacia, the Fortitude was enabled to lift new risers and Serikandi welders plus field joint coating completed the installation.

Orange Delta provides project management, engineering, consultancy and contracting services for the offshore energy industry.
