OSLO, Norway — ABL Group has entered an agreement to acquire energy consultancy Ross Offshore from Moreld Group.
It plans to merge Ross with its subsidiary company, combining their capabilities in wells, reservoir operations and other consultancy services.
Ross, based in Stavanger, provides drilling and well management services on behalf of offshore operators as well as subsurface services for reservoir and field development, exploration, reserve audits and due diligence, and carbon capture and storage.
It has frame agreements for well management, specialized services and consultancy for small and large clients on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, and also provides marine mobilization services, HSEQ consulting, contracts and logistics support.
Following completion of the transaction, Ross Offshore will merge with ABL Group company AGR.
