HOUSTON –J. Ray McDermott SA has completed its acquisition of Secunda's International Ltd.'s assets and shore-based operations for $260 million. Hardware in the deal includes 14 harsh-weather, multi-function vessels for subsea construction, pipe and cable laying, and dive support.
