Champion Technologies, CNR International sign chemicals contract

Champion Technologies has secured a contract from CNR International (UK) Ltd. for the provision of production chemicals on CNR North Sea assets.

(UK, North Sea) - Champion Technologies has secured a contract from CNR International (UK) Ltd. for the provision of production chemicals on CNR North Sea assets.
The multi-million dollar contract is for a period of five years with two one-year options.
The scope of the contract includes chemical management of CNR's core North Sea assets, which encompasses the supply and related services for a full range of specialty and commodity chemicals including scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, H2S scavengers, and scale squeeze technologies.
The contract was effective from Feb. 1, 2006 and represents one of Champion Technologies' largest contract wins to date.
A core team from the firm with extensive experience in the provision of production chemicals to offshore assets will be dedicated to servicing the CNR contract.
The company will also draw upon its global and technical resources to deliver and add value to the account.
