Cortec Manifold Systems (CMS) has acquired Technical Control Systems (TCS).

HOUMA, Louisiana -- Cortec Manifold Systems (CMS) has acquired Technical Control Systems (TCS). TCS line of products includes compact ball valves, check valves, subsea ball valves, and drilling diverted valves.
CMS currently manufactures and distributes manifold valves designed for high-pressure fluid control applications. CMS also offers a variety of piping and flowline accessories.
