Stork/SISCO form Saudi joint venture

Stork Technical Services and Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SISCO) have formed a new company to provide specialized technical services to sectors including the oil and gas industry.

JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia – Stork Technical Services and Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SISCO) have formed a new company to provide specialized technical services to sectors including the oil and gas industry.

Stork Technical Services Saudi Arabia will be based in Jubail, with Stork owning 55%, and SISCO 45%. The new venture will focus on recruitment and training of young Saudis in various technical, vocational, and administrational areas.

Stork Technical Services provides asset integrity management, maintenance, repair, and construction services for the oil and gas, power and chemical sectors.

SISCO, established in 1988, undertakes large scale capital investment in desalination plants, ports and free zones, industrial estate development, IT, and other projects.
