Black Elk Energy enters into PSA with Renaissance Offshore

Black Elk Energy Offshore Operations LLC has entered into a purchase and sale agreement with Renaissance Offshore LLC. Under the agreement, Renaissance will acquire interests in nine fields in the Gulf of Mexico.

HOUSTON – Black Elk Energy Offshore Operations LLC has entered into a purchase and sale agreement (PSA) with Renaissance Offshore LLC. Under the agreement, Renaissance will acquire interests in nine fields in the Gulf of Mexico.
The PSA, which includes seven operated and two non-operated fields, is expected to close in August.
