CALGARY, Canada–Canadian well intervention specialist, DSI Thru-Tubing Inc., has agreed to become part of new international oilfield services company, ALS Oil & Gas.
Established in 2010, DSI Thru-Tubing Inc. is headquartered in Calgary, Canada, with operations throughout North America in specialized, premium thru-tubing intervention services. ALS Oil & Gas was formed in 2013 through the acquisition of oil and gas services firm,Reservoir Group. Since then, ALS Oil & Gas has acquired other service firms, including the well monitoring fiber optic brand, BMP Enterprises LLC.
DSI will become part of the existing ALS brand, Wellvention.
