EMGS to acquire 3D EM data offshore Norway for Statoil

    Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) has received a supplement agreement from Statoil Petroleum AS worth $1 million for multi-client 3D EM data acquisition in the Norwegian Sea.  
    EMGS will use the Atlantic Guardian for 3D EM data acquisition in the Norwegian Sea.

    TRONDHEIM, Norway – Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) has received a supplement agreement from Statoil Petroleum AS worth $1 million for multi-client 3D EM data acquisition in the Norwegian Sea.

    EMGS expects to begin the survey shortly using the vesselAtlantic Guardian, after completing the survey in the same area for Statoil announced on June 2.
