Offshore staff
TRIPOLI, Libya -- The National Oil Corp. of Libya has signed an Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement with ExxonMobil Libya. The agreement covers area 21 in the offshore basin.
The company is committed to a minimum work program of 4,000 km (2,485 m) of 2D, 2,000 sq km (772 sq mi) of 3D, and an exploration well, at a cost of $97 million.
