Offshore staff
LONDON -- Peterson Offshore Group (POG) and SBS Logistics plan to restructure and re-brand its businesses in the Netherlands and the UK over the next three months.
As part of the restructure SBS Logistics will become a wholly owned subsidiary of POG and will be named Peterson-SBS. The existing Dutch companies belonging to the group will also trade under the new name.
