Offshore staff
KINTORE, UK -- Circle Technical Services and Tytan Jetting have merged. The new organization has been named Proserv Abandonment and Decommissioning and is based at Circle's headquarters in Kintore, near Aberdeen.
Tytan's premises in Ellon, north of Aberdeen, will be retained as a base for research and development, manufacturing, and specialist tooling.
