DUBAI, UAE – Energy consultancy Xodus Group has acquired Dubai-based Prime Energy, which will be renamed Xodus-Prime DMCC.
Prime provides upstream oil and gas management and advisory services, includingfield development and drilling. The company was founded in 2010 and has more than 30 employees and consultants.
Its focus is on East and West Africa, India, and the Middle East.
