Fugro-LCT has entered into a gravity, magnetics, and bathymetry data management contract with Texaco Exploration & Production.

Coflexip Stena Offshore has been awarded two EPCI contracts in the North Sea: (1) with Norsk Hydro for two oil production risers and four gas injection risers at Njord; (2) with Veba Oil Nederland BVfor pipelay and subsea construction for the Hanze development in the Dutch sector.

BJ Tubular Services has a contract from Santa Fe Snyder to carry out casing and tubing running and handling services on the Carauna Project off Brazil.

OSCA signed a renewable contract for the Elkhorn River Frac stimulation vessel with Petrobras. The vessel will perform fracturing and stimulation services in the Potigura Basin and other areas off Brazil.

Sonsub has been awarded a contract by a group of Maintenance Authorities for the provision of a CRABSS (Craft for Repair and Burial of Submarine Systems) ROV system. The contract entails the design, procurement, manufacture, assembly, and testing of a new powerful Cable Trenching ROV system.

Syntroleum has signed a license with the Commonwealth of Australia to acquire the right to use gas-to-liquids technology.

BJ Services (Aberdeen, Scotland) was awarded a contract by Phillips Petroleum to provide coiled tubing and pumping services on the Greater Ekofisk Field off Norway.

ABB was awarded an EPC contract by ESSO for Ringhorne Development subsea systems.

Petroleum Geo-Services was awarded a contract by Phillips Petroleum for a seafloor multi-component seismic survey on the PL 19-3 in China's Bohai Bay.

Racal Survey was awarded a contract by Global Marine to provide DGPS services for the drilling units Jack Ryan and C. R. Luigs.

Leica Geosystems (Torrance, California) was awarded a contract by the Chinese Maritime Safety Administration to supply DPGS beacons.

CRP Marine (Lancashire, UK) has a contract from Global Marine Systems (previously Cable & Wireless Marine) to provide 16 cable support buoys for telecommuncations systems.

Pneumatic Control has contracts from Texaco, Shell, and Senica Resources to supply automatic well testers.
