MELBOURNE, Australia – Lukoil has decided not to proceed with its proposed offer for Australian independent FAR.
FAR has responded by convening a shareholders meeting on April 15 to consider approving the sale of its interest in the RSSD project offshore Senegal to Woodside Energy, and its directors remain supportive of that option.
But that may change if an alternative takeover offer from Remus Horizons PCC or another party emerges.
