WOKING, UK– The Republic of Gabon has decided to launch its 12th Shallow and Deepwater Licensing Round of open blocks.
H.E. Pascal Houangni Ambouroue, Minister of Oil and Hydrocarbons, is due to make the announcement on Nov. 7 at the Africa Oil Week event in Cape Town.
This will be followed by a technical and fiscal workshop in the Southern Sun Culinan Hotel, outlining the country’s new petroleum code, the license round and associated terms, with more details of the available blocks, fiscal terms, timings and conditions of the round.
