OSLO, Norway – Odfjell Drilling is considering acquiring the Moss CS60E semisubmersible drilling rig Stena Midmax.
An Akastor-owned company is in discussions with Odfjell on financing $75 million of the acquisition through subscription of a perpetual preferred equity instrument, to be issued by Odfjell. A warranty package will also be included in the structure.
