    Lundin to appraise Rolvsnes in the North Sea

    Lundin Petroleum has authorization from the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate to drill an appraisal well on the Rolvsnes prospect in the North Sea license PL 338C.

    OSLO, Norway – Lundin Petroleum has authorization from the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate to drill an appraisal well on the Rolvsnes prospect in the North Sea license PL 338C, using the semisubmersible COSLInnovator.

    This will be the third well on the license, which covers a southern portion of block 16/1 and a northeastern portion of block 16/4.
