In January 2022, AF Gruppen was appointed contractor to build the new landfall tunnel for the Statpipe pipelines on Karmøy for Equinor on behalf of Gassco and Gassled JV.
Gassco has permission from the Norwegian Ocean Industry Authority (Havtil) to use the new landfall for Statpipe at the Kalstø reception complex on Norway’s west coast.
